$100,000–$115,000 annually. Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruiting success across high-volume and specialty healthcare positions. This role combines direct recruiting, team leadership, workforce planning, and process improvement to ensure consistent hiring results. Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities, manage hiring priorities, and drive team performance.
• Recruit clinical, nursing, allied health, behavioral health, and advanced practice professionals.
• Develop candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, compensation trends, and workforce planning.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs, scorecards, and hiring outcomes.
• Optimize ATS workflows, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.
• Support compliance, onboarding coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Proven success with high-volume and specialty healthcare recruitment.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams preferred.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and workforce planning skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.
• Multi-site or multi-state recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and onboarding preferred. I
