100x Recruiting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a division of Zipapply LLC and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect information gathered from job candidates and applicants (“you” or “candidate”), hiring-manager and business contacts, and employer clients of our services, in compliance with applicable recruiting regulations and privacy laws.

Candidate & Applicant Information. When you apply to a job we post, sign in to apply, or are sourced for an open role, we may collect:

Hiring-Manager & Business-Contact Information. Our master directory contains business-contact records — name, business email, phone, job title, and company — used to reach hiring managers about open roles.

Client & Account Information. When an employer engages us or a user creates an account, we collect contact details, login credentials, and payment-related information. Payments are processed and stored by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information. We may collect information about your device, IP address, browser type, and usage data when you interact with our site. This data is used to improve our service and does not by itself identify you personally.

Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing — we cannot read your password.

No system is 100% secure; in the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable regulators in accordance with applicable law.

Your data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy — including considering you for current and future open roles — or to comply with legal requirements (such as financial-record retention for tax purposes, and recruiting/EEO record-keeping). You may request deletion at any time, and we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, subject to legal exceptions.

If you are a candidate or a hiring manager and your information appears in our database or master directory, you have the right to request removal at any time. Email privacy@100xrecruiting.com from the email address that appears on the record (or any verifiable contact channel) and we will remove your record within 7 business days.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as session storage and local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent some features (such as login persistence) from working.

Our servers and most of our service providers are located in the United States. If you access 100xrecruiting.com from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States in compliance with applicable international data-protection laws.

100x Recruiting provides employment-related services and is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@100xrecruiting.com and we will delete that information.
