Co-op Manufacturing Engineer - Spring 2027

The Co-op Manufacturing Engineer - Spring 2027 will assist the Manufacturing Engineering Department with production activities. Primary work involves using SolidWorks CAD software to design tools and fixtures for manufacturing.

Student enrolled in a four-year degree program, majoring in Engineering who has completed their freshman year of college

Working knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software

• Must be willing to work 3 or more rotating semesters Other functions include:
• Tooling and production method development
• Material storage analysis and improvement
• Collection and analysis of labor / machinery productivity and efficiency data
• Machine tool set up reduction

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
• Experience in or knowledge of metal cutting
