</strong></h3><p>The Plant Controller will play a critical leadership role overseeing all accounting functions within the plant, ensuring compliance with GAAP, supporting operational decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across financial processes. This individual will act as a key partner to plant leadership while also serving as the primary contact for external audits.</p><hr><h3><strong>&#9679;

</strong></h3><p><strong>Accounting &amp; Financial Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets</li><li>Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP</li><li>Maintain ownership of the general ledger, ensuring proper classification and completeness</li><li>Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation</li><li>Ensure all balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled and supported</li></ul><p><strong>Inventory &amp; Cost Accounting</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, reconciliation, and physical inventory processes</li><li>Ensure accurate accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods</li><li>Support standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing accuracy</li><li>Partner closely with plant operations to align financial reporting with production activity</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>

</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required</li><li>8&#8211;10+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>3&#8211;5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams</li><li>Strong manufacturing experience, including cost and inventory accounting required</li><li>Experience supporting plant operations strongly preferred</li><li>ERP experience in a manufacturing environment required</li><li>CPA preferred</li></ul><hr><p>If you&#8217;re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.</p>
