This is a hands-on leadership role combining FP&A, finance strategy, and operational execution. Ideal for someone who can both build the financial model and operate in the details.

You will: Build and scale the finance function Drive data-driven decision-making Create structure in a fast-moving environment Play a key role in positioning the business for its next phase
Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting Own FP&A and financial reporting Develop bank reporting and financial visibility Build scalable financial infrastructure and processes Support post-merger integration Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership Create visual dashboards and reporting Partner cross-functionally to drive growth and performance Leverage and optimize Sage Intacct What Weâre Looking For: Must-Have: 10â15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting Strong financial modeling and FP&A background Advanced Excel (must be highly proficient) Experience with bank reporting / financial operations Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (required) Preferred (Not Required): CPA Power BI or Tableau Experience with AI/data tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Post-merger integration experience Core Traits (This is the filter that matters): Hands-on builder (not a delegator) Can operate in the details AND at a strategic level Strong communicatorâtranslates data into decisions High energy, ownership mindset Able to step in and execute immediately without hand-holding
