Job TitleHR Controller
A growing and well-capitalized organization within the construction industry is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Controller to oversee financial operations related to human resources.
The HR Controller will manage payroll accounting, compensation analysis, benefits financial oversight, and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory HR requirements using tools such as QuickBooks Online.
This is an immediate need for a full-time, permanent position.
The role is based in a hybrid work environment in Woodstock, Georgia.

The HR Controller serves as a key liaison between HR and Finance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic workforce cost planning in a construction industry environment. â
â Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or advanced degree preferredâ 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance with exposure to HR or payroll functionsâ Experience supporting the construction industry or similar project-based environments preferredâ Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits accounting, and compliance requirementsâ Experience working with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting platformsâ Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systemsâ Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally
