A growing industrial products company is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.

This position is open immediately due to a planned retirement transition.

The role is based onsite in a collaborative office setting.

The company is looking to maintain continuity and strengthen its accounting function following a long-tenured employee’s retirement.

Up to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

This Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting activities using NetSuite and other financial tools. ●

• Process approximately 100 AP invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle cash applications, posting cash, and reconciling accounts
• Work closely with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination
• Assist in extending and managing customer lines of credit
• Process payroll for approximately 50 employees (salary and hourly)
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Utilize systems such as NetSuite and Ramp for financial operations

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AP, AR, payroll, and expense management processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
