Location: Kennesaw or Norcross, GA (in person, office-based) Job Type: Full-time About The Role We are adding a new Project Accountant to our Operations Department. This person will own the financial accuracy of our project work, from cost postings through owner billings, and will partner closely with Project Managers to keep every job on track and profitable. Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile job costs to ensure accurate, timely cost postings
- Reconcile progress billings and ensure owners are billed on schedule
- Serve as the procurement interface for scheduled material processing
- Work closely with Project Managers to review project financials and flag schedule or cost delays early
- Manage field reporting as it relates to hourly payroll
- Identify and act on opportunities to add value within the Operations Department Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of GAAP accounting experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred) Benefits
