Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM, plus weekends as needed/Overtime Location: Atlanta, GA 30336 Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to gather position requirements and create or update job descriptions.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including phone screenings, resume reviews, and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and continuously build a talent database.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking resources to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with candidates and clients. Qualifications
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency, preferably in the light industrial industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, phone, and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience conducting both phone and in-person interviews.
