The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Team Lead for our saffing division who brings a strong track record of both individual production and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led recruiters, driven performance, and is ready to take ownership of team outcomes while remaining hands-on in full-cycle recruiting. You will be responsible for elevating team performance, building scalable recruiting strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious commercial targets. What You’ll Do: Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of recruiters with clear performance expectations and KPIs
- Drive accountability through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
- Mentor team members on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and closing techniques
- Create a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement Full-Cycle Recruitment (Player-Coach Role)
- Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles
- Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across core verticals
- Lead by example with consistent personal billings and placements Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Account Executives and clients to deeply understand hiring needs
- Ensure high-quality candidate delivery and a strong client experience
- Support complex negotiations and help close challenging roles Operational Excellence
- Monitor team metrics, placements, and revenue performance
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and results
- Ensure accurate use of ATS and recruiting tools across the team What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in staffing, with a strong billing track record
- Proven leadership experience, including direct management or mentorship of recruiters
- Demonstrated success driving team performance and hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, high-tech, construction, mobility, energy, or similar industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage complex offers
- Established local network of candidates aligned with YER’s client base
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage KPIs and improve team performance
- Expertise with ATS platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and keep processes moving toward successful placements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setting (minimum 1 day/week in-office post-training)
- Able to work a hybrid working schedule with 3 days per week in the office.
