This role is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, focusing specifically on marketing positions to drive company growth. You will partner with hiring teams to identify and attract top industry talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the process. This position also involves collaborating with various talent acquisition teams and contributing to special projects.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for marketing roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding. Partner with internal TA teams to streamline recruitment operations. Must-Have

Proven experience in full-lifecycle recruiting. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience sourcing candidates via social media and job boards. Industry

Experience recruiting for marketing professionals within the financial technology industry is highly preferred.
