Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is an on-site position supporting the day-to-day Human Resources needs of our employees and site leadership. The HR Administrator will serve as an on-site HR resource for employees while assisting with onboarding, employee records, recruiting, HR documentation, and general administrative support. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position. Duties
- Serve as an on-site HR point of contact for employees and assist with general HR questions and requests.
- Support new-hire onboarding and collection of required employment documentation.
- Assist with I-9 documentation and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Update and maintain employee information within HR systems and databases.
- Assist with recruiting, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Track employee forms, policy acknowledgments, certifications, and other required documentation.
- Support employee status changes, transfers, and personnel updates.
- Assist with HR reporting, workforce documentation, audits, and administrative projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with employees, site leadership, and the Human Resources team.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 1–3 years of Human Resources, administrative, recruiting, or related experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with HRIS or workforce management systems preferred.
