As the Head of, People Partners, Functions, you will lead a team of People Partners supporting Siemens' corporate and enterprise functions across the United States and be a member of the People & Organization (P&O / HR) leadership team. You will partner closely with function leaders to drive workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee experience, and business performance across a diverse portfolio of business functions. As a key leader within the One Tech Company transformation, you will help shape how people strategies are delivered across the business while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for employees and leaders. This is a hybrid position and can be based in Atlanta, GA, Wendell, NC, Chicago, IL, or Iselin, NJ. You'll make an impact by:
- Leading the People Partner team supporting the assigned business portfolio, ensuring effective collaboration, aligned execution, and consistent People Experience (PX) for employees and leaders while driving harmonization and standardization of P&O practices in line with the new P&O Operating Model.
- Partnering with business and P&O leaders to ensure consistent application of P&O standards, policies, and practices while supporting local execution and compliance requirements.
- Advancing the purposeful integration of AI and digitalization within the People Partner organization to simplify work, improve productivity, and enable People Partners to focus on complex, human-centered situations.
- Fostering close collaboration with Impact Teams, People Experience (PX), People Services & Transformation (PST), Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other P&O stakeholders to deliver integrated people outcomes and continuously improve employee and leader experiences.
- Translating enterprise P&O priorities, programs, and standards into effective execution within the assigned business portfolio, ensuring relevance, consistency, and measurable impact. You’ll win us over by having the following

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources, HR Business Partner, People Partner, or related experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- 6+ years of experience supporting large, complex, and matrixed business organizations.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to influence people strategy, organizational effectiveness, or change initiatives.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, workplace regulations, and HR compliance practices.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience supporting corporate functions, shared services, technical organizations, enterprise support functions, or similarly complex stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading HR, People Partner, or HR Business Partner teams through transformation, operating model changes, and standardization efforts.
- Experience using workforce analytics, business insights, and people data to shape recommendations and influence leadership decisions.
- Experience applying digitalization, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to simplify work, improve productivity, or enhance employee and leader experiences.
- Experience advising on complex employee relations matters in partnership with Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Legal, and other subject matter experts. You’ll benefit from:

- The pay range for this position is $188,282-$322,769, and the annual target incentive is 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
