Competitive, based on experience. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support construction projects from initial setup through closeout. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure accurate financial records and timely payment processing. Key Responsibilities

• Set up projects and enter budgets into accounting software.
• Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Collect W-9s and certificates of insurance.
• Process accounts payable invoices and payment applications.
• Manage project closeout and warranty documentation.
• Provide accounting and administrative support to project teams. Qualifications
• Construction project accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts, pay applications, and accounts payable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
