Gain knowledge about the precision parts production process including components, bearings, and machinery. Diverse training will include participation in Sales, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Management and Production. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. What You’ll Do In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and support the manufacturing process from estimating to final product
• Work with multiple department heads on various process improvements. This candidate will work with, and for, all departments from 3-6 months to receive a solid working knowledge of all facets of precision manufacturing.
• Attend customer calls and work with the applications engineers and sales engineers as a part of their duties.
• Help in creating and implementing cost and quality improvements and designs for product flow/cost improvements.
• Standing or sitting for long periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs
• Safety for self and others is a priority for the individual
