Role Overview As a Tax Staff Accountant, you'll work alongside experienced CPAs serving individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. You'll gain hands-on experience preparing tax returns while building technical knowledge, professional confidence, and meaningful client relationships. In this role, you will: Prepare federal and state tax returns for a variety of clients Gather, organize, and review client tax and financial information Communicate with clients regarding routine tax questions and document requests Work closely with mentors and team members on client engagements Progress toward CPA licensure and long-term career goals This role is ideal for recent or upcoming accounting graduates looking to launch their careers with a firm that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth.
