Install cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, HVAC units, and water heaters 3. Complete preventative maintenance & unit turnovers 4. Maintain property exteriors, pools, and shared spaces 5. Deliver outstanding service to residents and staff Qualifications Needed:
• EPA Type I & II or Universal HVAC Certification
• At least 6 months of hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Basic hand tools and HVAC diagnostic equipment
