SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Villa Rica, GA. • Maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activity
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with project managers and operations staff to track job costing and expenses

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
