- The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for inventory related functions in order to keep accurate records of raw materials and finished goods.
- The position will support the Manufacturing and Quality departments by maintaining accurate records of all transactions involving raw material and finished good movements.
- The position will also be responsible for conducting periodic cycle counts to ensure the integrity of the system.
- Candidate will receive 2 weeks of training on the job assignment.
- Candidate must clear all background checks and drug screening before starting the job assignment.
- This is a climate-controlled environment.
- Steel toes shoes or composite shoes are required for this job assignment. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing material transactions including receiving, shipping, transferring, and counting of raw materials and finished goods.
- This includes generating reports from the ERP system as needed. Responsible for reconciling any discrepancies between the perpetual inventory records and actual physical count of materials.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts as directed by management to insure the integrity of the system.
- Assist in investigating any anomalies found during the course of daily activities or cycle counts.
- Coordinate the destruction of obsolete, excess, or otherwise unusable materials as directed by management.

- High School diploma or equivalent is required for this job assignment Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required.
- Strong math skills required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Forklift Experience Required-minimum 6 months previous experience.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to read/write English language documentation required.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred. Experience
- Candidate must have previous work experience working with Excel, and microsoft office suite. No exceptions.
- Candidates with previous inventory clerk experience in a manufacturing work environment will have first preference. Skills
