- Own controls architecture and PLC development for complex robotic systems
- Develop PLC, HMI & safety-control programs, sequences, recovery logic, alarms, and handshakes
- Integrate robots, conveyors, vision, sensors, drives, safety systems & industrial networks
- Lead startup, debugging, commissioning, optimization, and production handoff
- Troubleshoot across controls, electrical, mechanical, networking, vision, and software
- Provide technical direction and develop reusable controls standards Ideal Background
- Senior-level controls/PLC engineering and robotic systems integration
- Independently lead controls for complex automation projects
- Strong commissioning and troubleshooting experience
- Broad experience with PLCs, robots, vision, networks, safety, sensors, drives & conveyors Compensation
- up to $140K base
- $25K in equity (may vary)
- Strong company-supported relocation package This is a true senior controls role for someone who wants to design, program, integrate, commission, and optimize robotic systems—not primarily maintain existing equipment.
Pay
$125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
