• Process rental applications and verify LIHTC eligibility
• Manage leasing paperwork, move-ins, and renewals
• Conduct property tours and respond to resident inquiries
• Work with the maintenance team to address service requests
• Maintain compliance with tax-credit regulations What We?re Looking For:
• Experience in LIHTC leasing required
• Proficiency in property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Entrata preferred)
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Fair Housing Certified (training provided if needed)
