LTS TAX SERVICE LLC and LTS FINANCIAL LLC are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Tax Office Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations, support company leadership and lead our growing team of Tax Professionals and Credit Repair Specialists. MUST BE WILLING TO GROW!!! This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is ready to work closely with the owner, learn the complete operation and help move the company forward. The selected candidate will report directly to the Owner and General Manager. Location: Atlanta, Georgia — On-site/Hybrid Position: Full-time Anticipated Paid Start Date: January 2027 Starting

Performance-based commission opportunities may be available Growth Opportunity: Advancement into senior management and higher leadership positions POSITION SUMMARY The Tax Office Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the tax office and help ensure that Tax Professionals, Credit Repair Specialists and other team members remain trained, organized, responsive and productive. We strongly prefer a candidate who has previously managed or helped operate a tax office. Experience in tax preparation, credit repair, tax funding, refund bank products, recruiting, sales or financial services is highly preferred. However, we may consider a candidate without direct industry experience who has strong management experience, relevant education or professional certifications and the ability to learn quickly. This is not a position for someone who must be continuously reminded to complete assignments. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, communicates consistently and follows responsibilities through to completion. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operation of the tax office.
  • Work directly with the Owner and General Manager.
  • Supervise Tax Professionals and Credit Repair Specialists.
  • Make sure team members complete assignments, meet deadlines and follow company procedures.
  • Monitor office schedules, appointments, attendance and workflow.
  • Help recruit, interview, select and onboard new team members.
  • Assist with Indeed interviews and candidate follow-up.
  • Train, coach and support Tax Professionals and Credit Repair Specialists.
  • Monitor GroupMe and make sure important messages are acknowledged.
  • Attend required Zoom meetings, management meetings and company training.
  • Help organize tax-season operations and workflow.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, applicants, team members and management.
  • Help address client concerns and escalate serious matters appropriately.
  • Monitor client files, documentation, follow-up and service deadlines.
  • Learn and use company tax software, credit-repair software, CRM systems, client portals and communication platforms.
  • Understand approved tax funding and bank-product procedures.
  • Help maintain compliance, confidentiality, data security and quality-control standards.
  • Track team performance and provide updates to company leadership.
  • Assist with approved marketing, client retention and business-development activities.
  • Build professional relationships and help the company attract new clients and qualified professionals.
  • Oversee assigned operations when the Owner or General Manager is unavailable. REQUIRED LEADERSHIP QUALITIES The ideal candidate must be:

  • Keep required GroupMe notifications turned on.
  • Read and respond to important GroupMe messages promptly during scheduled working hours.
  • Confirm receipt of important instructions and announcements.
  • Attend required paid Zoom meetings, management meetings and training sessions.
  • Sit in on meetings with the Owner when assigned and learn company procedures.
  • Maintain dependable communication with management and the team.
  • Remain available during the assigned work schedule and any scheduled paid on-call periods. AVAILABILITY AND OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT This position requires a strong professional commitment and dependable availability. By the official paid start date, the selected candidate must be available for the assigned full-time schedule. Any outside employment, business or personal commitment must not interfere with office hours, meetings, training, communication or scheduled on-call responsibilities. The selected candidate may not simultaneously work for or operate another tax-preparation or credit-repair company if doing so creates a conflict of interest or involves the use of LTS confidential information. All current tax, credit-repair and financial-service affiliations must be disclosed during the interview. TRAINING AND START DATE The candidate-selection and voluntary orientation process will begin immediately. The anticipated paid start date is January 2027. Company-required, job-specific training and productive management duties will begin with the official paid position in January 2027. Before that date, selected candidates may be invited to voluntary informational or educational sessions. Pre-employment participation does not guarantee employment and will not include productive office work, employee supervision or client servicing. The selected candidate must be prepared to complete approximately three months of structured development after the paid position begins. Training may include:

  • Financial-services or client-service experience
  • Degree or professional certificate in business, accounting, finance, management, taxation or a related field
  • Experience supervising a remote, hybrid or in-office team Experience is strongly preferred. However, exceptional candidates with transferable leadership skills, relevant education and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered. COMPENSATION Starting compensation is anticipated to range from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour Beginning in January 2027, depending on experience, qualifications and final responsibilities. Performance-based commissions or incentives may also be available. The final classification, schedule, compensation, commission structure and employment terms will be provided in writing before paid work begins.
