Overview Superior Rigging & Erecting is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and help guide the organization through its next phase of growth. This is a true enterprise-level CFO opportunity. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, President, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team while providing strong financial leadership and discipline across the organization. We need a CFO who understands the business beyond accountingsomeone who can connect projects, labor, equipment, backlog, job costing, WIP, billing, capital investment, and operational performance to profitability, cash flow, risk, and long-term enterprise value. The CFO will lead Finance and Accounting and have executive responsibility for financial strategy, planning and analysis, construction accounting, WIP and job costing, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, working capital, banking, surety and bonding, capital planning, financial controls, and development of the Finance organization. • Serve as the senior financial advisor to the CEO, President, Board, and executive leadership team.
