Junior Bookkeeper

Full-time Junior Bookkeeper needed within the medical industry. About the Role US Neuroscience Partners is seeking an eager, fun and highly organized Junior Bookkeeper to maintain accurate day-to-day financial records. This person would work under the supervision of the Bookkeeper and Financial Controller within a small Finance Department. This person needs to excel with variety, problem-solving and fast-paced work as will be working with three business entities. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Record financial credit card transactions and bills accurately into the company’s accounting software - NetSuite. Accounts Payables (AP): Process vendor bills, track payments and verifying supporting documentation across shared Google drive, NetSuite and cash flow forecasts. Accounts Receivables (AR): Download and save monthly invoices, process new AR payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Records Maintenance: Sort and disburse new mail. Scan documents and save to a shared Google drive. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree

0-2 years of experience Technical

Software proficiency with accounting programs such as NetSuite or QuickBooks, google sheets and data entry. Core accounting knowledge for general understanding of cash accounting, recording and sorting credit card activity. Soft

Attention to detail, active listening and effective communication skills, strong time management and organization, extremely reliable, strong problem-solving and adaptability. Full-time position to include various benefits such as 401k, medical, dental, vision and PTO package. Compensation TBD for hourly rate, somewhere in range of $22-$25/hr with potential to convert to salary pay type in 2027.
