Job Title: Operations and Accounting Manager (1099/Contract) - Fashion Industry Company

Position Overview
As the Operations and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations across multiple departments. Your role will involve managing logistics from purchase order (PO) creation through shipment, vendor and factory coordination, financial management, invoicing, receipt management, financial analysis and driving cross-functional process improvements. This is a 1099/contract role and offers flexibility within a dynamic and growing organization. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to ensure the company is meeting goals and operating efficiently.
- Oversee operations across production, logistics, inventory, and customers.
- Drive cost-effective process improvements and operational strategies.
- Develop and manage strong vendor and supplier relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
- Managing all invoicing and receivables
- Data Entry Operations Management:
- Manage logistics from PO creation to final shipment.
- Maintain and update all customer-required charts and databases.
- Oversee production and order workflows for accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure factory compliance with all regulatory and customer standards.
- Identify, implement, and manage new systems and technologies to enhance workflows. Financial Management:
- Conduct seasonal profit and sales cost analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Manage all invoicing and receivables
- Tracking key finance measurables Strategic Planning & Risk Management:
- Contribute to the development of operational strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in operations and accounting
- Stay current on industry trends and integrate best practices.
- Assess and integrate any tech or AI that would help operational Quality Control:
- Ensure all products and services meet quality standards.
- Implement and maintain strong quality control procedures across departments. Skills &
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
- Global supply chain management platform experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience in financial analysis.
- Advanced Quickbooks Online skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and operational tools.
- Team player.

Pay
