Lease Funding Specialist Atlanta, GA | Near The Battery | Fully On-site Base Salary Up to $96,000 We are seeking a degreed professional with banking, lending, or financing company experience, a stable employment history, and the ability to own the lease funding process from start to finish. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes initiative and has the potential to advance within the organization. Relevant backgrounds include equipment lending and leasing, auto lending, mortgage lending, commercial lending, and rent-to-own financing. The key requirement is hands-on experience assembling funding packages for banks and independently moving transactions through funding completion. Key Responsibilities

• Own the funding process, including documentation, submission, follow-up, and completion.
• Prepare and review complete, accurate funding packages for banking partners.
• Resolve missing documentation and address bank requirements promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and lenders to keep transactions moving.
• Track funding status, manage deadlines, and maintain organized records.
• Identify process improvements and take on greater responsibilities as the role develops. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with a bank, lending company, leasing company, or financing organization.
• Direct experience preparing funding packages for submission to banks.
• Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and follow-through.
• Ability to manage the process independently and take accountability for completion.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Initiative, ambition, and the potential to grow within the organization.

Base salary up to $96,000, depending on experience. Location: Fully on-site in Atlanta, near The Battery.
