Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and scale its digital marketing and acquisition strategy across a multi-site platform. Responsibilities

• Digital marketing & acquisition strategy
• Paid Search, SEO & Local SEO
• Website & conversion optimization
• Marketing analytics, attribution & ROI
• CRM, marketing automation & emerging AI tools
• Online reputation & local market presence
• Agency and vendor management
• Performance reporting and growth strategy Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive digital/growth marketing experience
• Multi-site healthcare or consumer services experience
• Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Proven success driving measurable acquisition and conversion
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
