- Lead and oversee all accounting processes and financial operations for the hospital, including billing, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, and audits.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and state financial reporting.
- Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency as requested by hospital leadership and corporate office.
- Participate in governing committees and boards as needed.
- Monitor compliance with Medicare regulations and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Celebrate team successes and milestones regularly! Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in hospital accounting is highly preferred.
- Proven knowledge of financial management principles and healthcare operations.
- Experience in financial operations, including labor management, revenue analysis, and expense management.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, including capital and operational planning.
