🚧 We’re Hiring: Project Engineer – SR400 Express Lanes (Georgia, USA) 🚧 We are excited to be part of one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the United States: the SR400 Express Lanes Project, a $4.6B development led in collaboration with key state transportation agencies. We’re looking for a Project Engineer to support field operations and coordination, driving efficient execution through planning, documentation, and close collaboration with site teams to ensure progress, quality, and safety. 🔧
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 3-week lookahead schedules across key activities (structures, drainage, utilities, paving)
- Monitor daily production and cost tracking aligned with WBS
- Coordinate field operations ensuring materials, equipment, and permits are in place
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Support compliance with GDOT, TIFIA, and environmental requirements
- Collaborate with field teams in progress, safety, and coordination meetings
- Track performance using Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, and other tools
- Support estimating, quantity takeoffs, and planning
- Contribute to quality control and project closeout activities 🎓 What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of field experience in infrastructure, roadway, or bridge construction
- Knowledge of GDOT, AASHTO, FHWA standards (a plus)
- Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site 🌍 Why join us?
