Overview The Sr. Project Lead, NTR Transportation, will own, execute and evolve the NTR projects across the transportation sector, ensuring it reflects Operator and Licensee success and delivers practical, relevant resources that Operators may choose to adopt based on their unique businesses needs. This individual owns the execution schedule and communcitation for the Mobile Kitchen Program, the implementation of the Aiport Innivation work, is the key contact for operational issues with Food Trucks, and leads execution for all NTR rollouts and sytems across all venue types. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this leader provides subject matter expertise and influences operational strategy, enablement approaches, and Licensee and Operator engagement across the organization and with external partners. Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Mobile Kitchen schedule of events and intake process
- Serve as key contact for operational issues with Food Trucks
- Support Sr. Program Lead in all initiatives related to Food Trucks and Mobile Fleet
- Own and evolve the current ADP program and resources; lead communication and initiatives related to ADPs
- Identify and curate Operator-proven Food Truck and Mobile kitchen practices into scalable content
- Translate complex practices into practical resources for Operators and Licensees
- Build scalable enablement assets for airport licensee portfolio
- Innovate across multiple content formats
- Lead vendors and third-party partnerships
- Hold partners accountable for outcomes
