Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant

A well-established Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their team.

This role will support attorneys with case management, client communication, document preparation, and general legal administrative duties.

This is a full-time, immediate hire opportunity with standard business hours.

This position is fully onsite in Atlanta, GA.

The firm is growing and looking to add support staff to maintain excellent client service and case efficiency.

Collaborative, team-oriented office with a strong culture, supportive leadership, and great people.

Legal Assistants up to ~$75K and Paralegals up to ~$85K depending on experience, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury casework while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. ●

• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and court filings
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and discovery

● Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in personal injury preferred, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
