Entry-Level Bookkeeper

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable processing.Assist with financial reporting by compiling data and preparing basic financial statements for management review.Maintain organized financial records using our secure cloud-based accounting software and ensure accurate filing of documents.Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner, verifying accuracy before submission.Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve discrepancies and answer basic accounting inquiries.Support the senior accounting team with month-end close tasks and special projects as assigned.Technical
