As the practice continues to grow, the goal is to build a scalable internal Client Accounting Services function capable of supporting approximately 20+ recurring clients. This is not a transactional bookkeeping position. The CAS Accountant will take ownership of each client's books, complete the monthly close, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure financial information is ready for management reporting and advisory services. - Experience managing accounting for multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Hands-on month-end close experience

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment What Makes This Opportunity Different This position sits at the intersection of accounting, wealth management, and CFO advisory. Rather than simply producing financial statements and moving on to the next client, the accounting work becomes part of a larger advisory relationship designed to give entrepreneurs and business owners a coordinated view of their business finances, taxes, and personal wealth. The firm's long-term vision is to continue bringing financial services in-house, beginning with Client Accounting Services, followed by expanded tax capabilities and eventually additional CFO-level advisory resources. For the right accounting professional, this provides an opportunity to join early, help build the CAS function, develop deeper client relationships, and grow as the organization expands.
