In-office; casual, professional, family-oriented culture The Opportunity The company manages a substantial commercial real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 12 operating properties, including 11 retail shopping centers and one office property, as well as additional land holdings. The Property Accountant will have meaningful responsibility for property-level accounting and will work closely with company leadership. This position is particularly well suited for someone who understands the accounting nuances of retail properties and can confidently handle CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review CAM reconciliations
• Handle real estate tax and insurance reconciliations
• Maintain property-level accounting and financial records
• Support month-end reporting and account reconciliations
• Work with accounting and property management information in Yardi
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting across the portfolio
• Serve as a key accounting resource to company leadership What They’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of commercial real estate/property accounting experience. Experience with retail shopping centers is strongly preferred. You should also bring:
• Strong knowledge of CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations
• Commercial property-level accounting experience
• Yardi experience preferred
• ARGUS experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reconciliation skills
• The ability to succeed in a smaller, entrepreneurial real estate environment Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience. The company also offers:
