The Tax Manager will lead multiple client engagements in tax planning and compliance across corporate, partnership, and individual returns. You'll supervise teams, support staff development, and interact directly with clients and tax authorities.

Plan, budget, supervise, and review tax engagements. Provide tax planning and compliance services through direct client interaction. Review complex tax returns and assist staff with technical issues. Conduct tax research and offer actionable solutions. Train, develop, and evaluate junior staff members. Communicate with clients, IRS, and other stakeholders.

Experience in at least two of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, software, technology, staffing, non-profit, professional services, high-net-worth individuals. Proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation. Exposure to international tax, SALT, or estates & trusts is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills.
