As an Event Coordinator Trainee, you’ll assist with the planning and execution of retail-based marketing events designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in event logistics, promotions, and face-to-face marketing while working alongside an energetic and supportive team. What You’ll Do:

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown at retail and promotional locations
• Support day-to-day event operations to ensure a smooth and engaging customer experience
• Represent client brands through face-to-face customer interactions
• Promote products, services, and current promotions in a professional and energetic manner
• Help coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional assets
• Track customer engagement and campaign performance metrics
