The Bilingual Director of Human Resources serves as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our mission, values, and ambitious growth objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that supports the organization's growth, mission, and long-term vision.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Help build scalable systems and processes that support rapid organizational growth while remaining flexible enough to evolve alongside the business.
- Identify opportunities to rethink traditional HR practices and develop innovative approaches that improve the employee experience while maintaining sound business and legal practices.
- Stay informed on emerging HR trends, employment legislation, and workforce innovations to ensure the organization remains both compliant and forward-thinking. Talent Acquisition & Employee Development
- Lead innovative recruiting and onboarding strategies that attract exceptional talent aligned with our mission and culture.
- Design and oversee performance management processes that promote accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth.
- Develop learning and leadership development opportunities that prepare employees for advancement within the organization. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure employees understand and can effectively utilize available resources. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Foster a workplace culture grounded in dignity, trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop employee relations strategies that support engagement, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Lead internal communication initiatives that strengthen transparency, organizational alignment, and employee connection to our mission. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee all HR operations, including HRIS administration, payroll coordination, reporting, and data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that are fair, compliant, and reflective of our organizational values.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and HR systems to support operational excellence. Qualifications
