Job Summary

The Total Rewards Business Partner supports compensation and rewards programs for a leading global organization. This role is responsible for compensation analysis, market benchmarking, HR data validation, reporting, and providing guidance on total rewards practices. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and experience working with compensation programs and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Analyze compensation and rewards data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Conduct audits and validations to ensure accuracy of employee compensation data across HR systems.
  • Maintain compensation tools, reports, dashboards, and related tracking mechanisms.
  • Support job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market pricing activities.
  • Assist with annual compensation cycles, salary structure maintenance, and rewards program administration.
  • Serve as a resource for routine total rewards and compensation-related inquiries.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support business decisions and compensation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance with compensation guidelines.
  • Support additional compensation projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting compensation, total rewards, HR analysis, or related programs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS, and complex formula development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation planning processes.
  • Familiarity with total rewards program administration.

Pay Range
