- Annual Bonus Potential What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Partner with senior leadership to align finance strategy with business objectives
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the company
- Analyze financial performance and develop cost/margin improvement strategies
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance with accounting standards
- Supervise and mentor a Staff Accountant
- Collaborate with corporate finance leaders and prepare for ERP implementation What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of solid accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of cost accounting in a production setting
- Strong ERP system experience
