HR Generalist- Duluth, GA - In Office
Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist with 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience to support day-to-day human resources operations and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a strong background in employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, detail-oriented, and confident handling sensitive employee matters while supporting managers and employees across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Managing employee relations issues,
- Conducting new hire orientation and onboarding
- Maintaining compliance with federal and state employment laws Assisting with policy administration and interpretation
- Supporting performance management processes
- Ensuring accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Help promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining consistency in policies and procedures.
- Must be confident and be able to build relationships with managers in an assigned region, multi offices, supporting about 400 employees & Managers. Experience with the following:
- Construction, service, or multi-location environments is a plus.
- investigations and employee relations compliance/risk management new hire orientation & onboarding manager coaching policy interpretation fast-paced operations support
- Month end and other ad hoc reports strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in construction, service, or multi-location environments is a plus.
- Experience with Paycom is a plus
