Property Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager, Property Accounting A real estate investment company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee property accounting for a growing portfolio of acquired assets, with a focus on Life Sciences and Data Center properties. This role will manage a team of two and serve as a key accounting resource for internal teams, investors, and ownership. Responsibilities The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day property accounting operations, including general ledger activity, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, cash reconciliations, disbursements, budgets, forecasts, audits, tax support, acquisition integration, and process improvement. This person will also partner closely with the property management team and provide leadership to accounting staff. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Prior staff supervision experience required; Supervisor or Manager title strongly preferred
• Yardi Voyager property accounting experience required
• Institutional real estate accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
