Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide clients through available benefit options and assist with enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communications
- Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the process
- Participate in mentorship, development sessions, and team training
- Build positive client relationships that support long-term trust and service Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident speaking on video and comfortable using digital tools
- Passion for helping others and contributing to a service-driven mission
- Experience in customer service or consultative roles is helpful but not required Requirements
