Associate Director of Corporate Marketing Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) About the Role & GreyOrange: GreyOrange is a global leader in AI-powered warehouse orchestration software and autonomous robotics. With the global warehouse automation market heading toward $16 billion by 2030, we are looking for a highly capable builder to create our marketing engine. This high-impact role works directly with the executive team and is responsible for elevating our brand across events, analyst relations, PR, and content. You will not just manage existing programs; you will build them from the ground up. What You’ll Own (The Four Pillars)
- Events & Trade Shows: Drive end-to-end strategy, execution, and ROI for tier-1 events like ProMat, MODEX, RILA, NRF, and CSCMP. You will manage booth logistics, speaker submissions, event budgets, and pre/post-event pipeline programs alongside the marketing & sales team members.
- Analyst & Influencer Relations: Build a systematic Analyst Relations program engaging Gartner (including the Magic Quadrant), Forrester, IDC, ARC Advisory Group, and MHI. You will lead regular briefings, prepare executives, manage Peer Insights/G2 reviews, and track category share-of-voice.
- PR & Media: Direct a proactive media relations strategy and manage agency partnerships across supply chain, retail, and tech press (e.g., Forbes, WSJ, DC Velocity, Supply Chain Dive, etc). You will oversee press releases, rapid-response PR, crisis communications, and executive op-eds.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Build a scalable, SEO-informed content engine spanning the full buyer journey. You will manage the editorial calendar, ghostwrite for the C-suite, create cornerstone assets like benchmark reports and ROI calculators, and partner with Growth focused team members. Required & Preferred Experience
- Professional Background: 8+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a lead role for corporate marketing, content, or comms leadership role. Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain technology, robotics, or automation is a must. Experience in a company scaling from $10M to $100M ARR is highly preferred.
- Strategic Execution: A demonstrated track record of managing seven-figure budgets for tier-1 trade shows with measurable pipeline outcomes.
- AR/PR Mastery: Hands-on experience with Gartner/Forrester briefings and managing PR agencies or in-house communications teams.
- World-Class Writing: Exceptional editorial skills with the ability to craft compelling executive bylines, press releases, and technical white papers with a consistent quality bar.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong grasp of marketing analytics, pipeline attribution, and content engagement metrics. Who You Are
- A True Builder: You are energized by creating programs and infrastructure, rather than just managing what already exists.
- Commercially Oriented: You focus on pipeline generation and deeply understand complex enterprise buying dynamics, not just impressions.
- Agile & Autonomous: You are organized under pressure, capable of managing multiple major deadlines simultaneously, and operate with high autonomy and low ego. You believe clarity of thought and prose are the same thing. Equal Opportunity Employer: GreyOrange is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
