We are seeking a hands-on, AI-fluent Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing across a portfolio of established B2B technology and healthcare consulting companies. This is a full-stack marketing role for someone equally strong in brand, messaging, content, sales enablement, marketing operations, automation, and AI-powered workflows. Reporting to the CMO and working directly with other senior executives, this person will have significant autonomy to run marketing using a modern stack of AI tools, marketing automation platforms, contractors, freelancers, and agencies. The ideal candidate is a senior marketing operator who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: sharpening positioning, creating content, launching campaigns, improving CRM workflows, supporting sales, managing vendors, and building AI-enabled systems that make marketing faster, smarter, and more scalable. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing plans across a portfolio of B2B technology and healthcare consulting brands.
- Translate business priorities into campaigns, content, sales enablement, and demand generation programs.
- Own campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization across multiple channels.
- Support brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline creation, client engagement, and sales productivity.
- Balance long-term brand building with practical, near-term sales and revenue support. Brand, Messaging & Content
- Own day-to-day brand expression, messaging, and content quality across the portfolio.
- Develop clear, compelling positioning for complex B2B technology and healthcare consulting offerings.
- Create and edit content across websites, landing pages, email, social, blogs, case studies, sales decks, one-pagers, webinars, events, and executive thought leadership.
- Partner with subject matter experts to turn technical or complex ideas into buyer-relevant messaging.
- Ensure marketing materials are polished, consistent, accurate, and commercially useful. Sales Enablement
- Build and maintain practical sales enablement materials that help sales teams start conversations and advance opportunities.
- Create pitch decks, service-line overviews, case studies, email templates, follow-up assets, objection-handling content, and campaign-specific sales tools.
- Partner with sales leadership to understand buyer needs, pipeline priorities, and field feedback.
- Ensure campaigns are connected to sales motions, follow-up plans, and measurable business outcomes. Marketing Operations & Automation
- Own marketing automation execution, including campaign builds, segmentation, email operations, workflows, nurture programs, and reporting.
- Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation processes, including lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, UTM discipline, list hygiene, and campaign naming conventions.
- Build dashboards and reports that show marketing activity, engagement, pipeline influence, and recommended next actions.
- Improve campaign intake, QA, launch, and reporting processes.
- Ensure strong data hygiene, compliance, and operational discipline across marketing systems. AI Workflow & Agent Development
- Use AI tools to increase marketing speed, quality, personalization, and output.
- Build, test, and document AI-powered workflows and agents that support the marketing stack.
- Identify practical AI use cases across content creation, campaign QA, sales enablement, reporting, research, personalization, competitive intelligence, and workflow automation.
- Create repeatable AI workflows that can be used across brands, campaigns, and teams.
- Maintain appropriate human oversight, brand standards, accuracy, and responsible AI use. Contractor, Freelancer & Agency Management
- Manage external partners, including designers, writers, web developers, paid media specialists, SEO consultants, PR partners, event vendors, and agencies.
- Write clear briefs, manage timelines, review work, and hold partners accountable for quality and outcomes.
- Use external resources strategically to extend marketing capacity without overcomplicating execution. Ideal Experience
- Significant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, healthcare, consulting, professional services, SaaS, staffing, managed services, or other complex B2B environments.
- Strong full-stack marketing background across brand, content, demand generation, sales enablement, marketing operations, automation, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, HubSpot AI/Breeze, Zapier, Make, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to create strong B2B content and simplify complex offerings into clear, buyer-relevant messaging.
- Experience supporting sales teams with useful collateral, campaigns, messaging, and follow-up materials.
- Ability to manage contractors, freelancers, agencies, and vendors effectively.
- Comfort operating in lean, fast-moving environments where strategy and execution often happen side by side. What We’re Looking For
