Beech Valley is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager supporting a client in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a fully onsite role where you'll oversee day-to-day accounting operations, lead the month-end close process, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You'll work closely with leadership to maintain the integrity of the general ledger, improve accounting processes, and support key financial initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise and hands-on NetSuite experience, which is required for success in this role. What You'll Do
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Review financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial initiatives
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
- Leverage NetSuite to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Required: Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing the month-end close process
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, onsite environment Nice to Have
