Human Resources Generalist, Payroll and Recruitment

We are looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Lead to join our growing HR function. Based in our Atlanta office, this generalist role will support the P&C team to deliver HR operations and payroll services to World 50 Group in the US. The Global P&C team is dedicated to supporting the growth of World 50 Group and increasing employee satisfaction and engagement; This is a great role to build upon the foundation of your HR career and gain exposure in all generalist activities.

HR Operations & Generalist Responsibilities: Document and create SOPs for all HR operations and processes

Ensure operational compliance and execution of all HR SOPs, including training and education of other team members

Maintain all associate data and human resources records in databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems (UKG, Google)

Process semi-monthly payroll for all associates

Support administration of benefits, compensation, employee performance and incentive programs

Advise associates on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation, and benefit programs

Support talent acquisition team in recruitment activities such as phone screens, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

Support the operational execution of Learning and Development programs, including maintenance of LMS database

Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws in all policies and procedures

Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole

Independently lead projects with supervision and oversight from HR leadership

You will need to be flexible, have a strong employee-first work ethic and be able to cope with a variety of tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum of 4

• 6 years of work-related or post graduate experience in a HR generalist or similar role

Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership

Experience with processing payroll

Ability to write code and familiarity with UKG Pro, CrossKnowledge and Google is a plus
