As a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Supply Chain function in the North America Operating Unit, you won't just support the business; you will be the driving force behind our people strategy. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience required; post-graduate degree in related field or MBA preferred.
Minimum 12+ years exempt-level Human Resource experience required, preferably as an HR generalist.
Previous experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution; must have experience with Talent Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Employee/Labor Relations, and Change Management.
