Associate - Insurance Litigation

Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Insurance Litigation practice in the Atlanta office. Taft is seeking an Associate with three or four years of insurance litigation experience, including: handling complex litigation legal matters, drafting legal documents, analyzing insurance coverage issues (including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies), and representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation. Interested candidates should apply here.
