Position Overview

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of the Construction module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Sage Intacct for construction businesses, managing implementation projects, and partnering with finance, accounting, and operational stakeholders to deliver a successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Sage Intacct Construction functionality.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and best practices.
  • Configure job costing, project accounting, contracts, change orders, billing, and reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to streamline business processes.
  • Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and user training.
  • Create documentation and process guides for end users.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Sage Intacct implementation experience.
  • Direct experience implementing Sage Intacct Construction functionality.
  • Strong understanding of construction accounting, job costing, project management, and financial reporting.
  • Experience leading ERP implementations from discovery through go-live.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data migration, testing, and end-user training.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
