Our client is seeking a versatile Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to provide high-level support to executive leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position is ideal for a resourceful professional who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, helping coordinate administrative functions, events, documentation, and special projects.
β Review, organize, and manage contracts, agreements, and business documentation. β Answer incoming phone calls and professionally greet visitors. β Coordinate personal and business-related errands as needed. β Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company-sponsored events and activities. β Support event setup, logistics, and coordination for office and off-site functions. β Provide administrative and personal assistant support to executive leadership. β Maintain calendars, schedules, and priorities while managing competing demands. β Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. β Assist with office operations and special projects as assigned.
